So i tried this Kale chips recipe....been hearing a lot about...didn't think it would be good...BUT they are awesome...who knew.......they remind me of dry Nori or most dry sea weed minus the ocean taste. So yeah not the best date food you'll have them all over your teeth haha!.
You will need:
1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay
on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt. Bake until
crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes. a few min before they are done u can spice them up with cayenne, or garlic powder, cumin, curry powder ,what ever floats your boat.
I had them with just sea salt they were delish
